I sent my son with the coupons folded in the money everything written down that he had to get which was only four Subs. The coupons were buy one and a drink and get another sub free, the gentleman told my son that he didn't know how to use coupons. Then I ordered a BLT in that order and they didn't put the lettuce and tomato on there and told me that a BLT was not bacon lettuce tomato that you had to ask for the lettuce and tomato! I will not be going back there. And when I called to tell them what happened they pretty much called me a liar and explain to me that a BLT that is supposed to have bacon lettuce and tomato is not a BLT it is a bacon sandwich and you have to ask for the lettuce and tomato and they were very rude on the phone. So not only did I have to spend almost $40 hours for Subs that should have been less than 20 but they messed up the subs we got and then were rude about their mess up and refuse to fix it

Things were fine until I was checking out and asked for three cookies. The girl automatically grabbed the prepackaged three pack without asking if that's what I wanted. When I asked for the fresh baked ones out of the case she got a major attitude, but gave me what I asked for. Or so I thought. Just looked at the cookies and one of them was not a whole cookie. A chunk was missing out of it. I usually have very good experiences at subway, but this time not so much.

I've been there 2 days in a roll now, and I still cannot believe the lack of customer service, accuracy, and pretty much everything about it.. I would rather drive to the next town away for better service and better food!
