I have used the app several times to make online orders and I went to go pick my order as I usually do and they said that I didn't choose the type of wrap I wanted or veggies. I told I did and she said well the receipt said you didn't. She blamed me from the beginning when I have the proof of the receipt. She needed a better way to talk to her customers instead of assuming.

Worst subway I have ever been to, and that's coming from an ex-employee who knows what to expect. Extremely rude, did not offer to make more soup when your kinda obligated to fulfil the customer's needs and acted as if they weren't even trained and worst of all I found a hair in my salad, never going back!!

This place is filthy!!! 😷 You can probably get some kind of virus or bacteria here. 🤔 There's only one good employee here Hunter 🙆👍 he's the best goes above and beyond 🤘, other than that this place needs a good scrub down, new management for sure 😮 and new employees 🙂.
