The female worker that worked in the evening today had a horrible attitude. She was so robotic with her questions and before I could finish answering each one, she'd ask the next question. She wouldn't smile at all, and didn't make eye contact once. It was obvious she hated her job. She completely killed my mood because of her negative attitude and she could tell I was put off by the end of my order so she began to smile and be super nice. Her fake positive customer service didn't make the situation any better.. I told her it was nice to see her smile and as she was ringing me up, she rolled her eyes. I think the management at this location needs to have a talk with her because her poor customer service is unacceptable. People are constantly coming in throughout the day, and no one wants to have to deal with that.

BE AWARE OF OVERCHARGING!!!! ,Unbelievable Horrible Experience, I ordered chicken sandwich 6 inch ,and all was OK until came to Cashier.RUDE ,RUDE ,RUDE ..I repeated 7 times I have one sandwich with chicken 6 inch,and Cashier still charged me a foot long sandwich witch is double more money ? On my complain why are charges double now for one sandwich since i always was buying for around 5 dollars ?? He say that is the price ,I asked when the price raised for 50% ?? Of course he charged my credit card and when receipt printed , I was charged for foot long sandwich,On my question why did you do that,he say it is OK,I could not believe what he said,not even apologize for overcharging me ,I told him I told you something is wrong with a price i repeat 7 times what i ordered and He still charged me double,the shift manager standing next to him saying nothing ,they say ok? I said what is OK ? you need to refund ,than on my insisting she decided to refund me money but no Sorry for our mistake ,Nothing ??
