i have been in better stores.  this one had customers waiting too long to take order, was not crowded at all, was out of tea, cookie not baked all the way thru.  did not feel very clean.  will not return to this location.

The staff greeted us with a very warm welcome. Made great suggestions to add to our meals. If we lived near here we would come back to this location often.
