This is the Second time I ate my food and found black hair in it. My hair is blonde. Why I ate there after the first time I’m not sure, but I remember complaining the first time to then and they didn’t care, and well seeing as it has happened again shows they really don’t care.

Went one evening for an early dinner. The place had people eating but wasn't crowded. The food was great! No issues there. The service was pretty good, but everybody seemed "by the books" instead of genuinely nice. I realize a restaurant is a place of business. They are there to make money. But everybody was straight to the point, not necessarily happy or glad to be there. They weren't rude by any means, but could be improved.

Be careful with this restaurant!! I got harrased for bringing dollar coins which is a form of legal currency. I understand that it's rare to get them but It took over 10 minutes for me to get my food because the workers were too busy figuring out if they would take it or not. A week later I went back up to pick up my order and they were waiting to harrass me again for bringing the bag of coins from a week prior. I was treated poorly, and got pushed to the back of the line twice while being harrased.

I wouldn't give it a 1 star but I kinda got to, food was OK until I found a BLACK hair in my food. I called & was told to bring it back, so I make a return trip to kimono & was greeted by the lady in the front who told me that the hair wasn't any of there's, but would cook me more food. I said NO THANKS to the food & she said she can't give me a refund b/c she had already balanced her drawer for the night. So I ended up with food that I threw in the trash & will never eat there again. THAT PLACE SUCKS!!!!!
