Can someone please mention the Hispanic in her 20s who has been working there for a while. Every time I am in a rush to arrive to my place of work, I visit this location. I forgot about her existence and was rudely awakened to it today. A sign on the window said "Ask us about our broccoli soup. Try some!" I inquired about the soup and she replied "No". Thats it, turns away. I then ask her do you have any soup AT ALL today? She says "No". I then ask "Do you ever have soup?" and she just says "Uhmmm... i don't know. I think the shipment comes on Saturday." The other incident I had was a while ago where all I wanted was RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE COOKIES! It was what I was craving. I told them I was willing to wait the 15 minutes for them to cook the damn cookies and the one girl offered and I hear this same young, Hispanic girl say "No! We cant make them now its to late in the day." Mind you, I was going to purchase 6 and it was 3 PM. I had to drive to Pompano Citi Centre Subway.  -_-

I am usually lazy to take time and complain about human behavior but happen to be sitting at work, craving that broccoli soup right about now. I see this location is open until 2 AM! What a lovely surprise. I'm a student who hates my job too. I also am a gal who likes soup and cookies very much. It's the little pleasures in life. You know? Thanks Subway!

We awaiting for more than 15 minutes to order a sub and has only one employee who is trying make everybody happy. Please manager, put at least one more person to help.

She took the chicken from the bin and tossed it in the microwave. No paper under it. No plate. No nothing. 
Tossing a piece of chicken in a microwave isn't subway "fresh". 
I told her that was discussing without a plate or paper under it so she grabbed another piece and tossed it in the oven. Again without anything under it.

I left.

So as we speak I am sitting in subway with about 4 people inside, now that wouldn't seem to strange if I wasn't waiting 20 mins for someone to make my sub, I'm actually still waiting. And no one, I mean not one soul has come to assist me as I stand in front of the prep area. I'm more amused than upset.. I'll come again, my prep girl was hot.

Just the average service. Someone who does not want to be at work to do their job. At least the sandwich was good.
