I wish I could give them zero stars. I picked up my catering order only to find out that they gave it to another customer by mistake. Apparently they didn't check the order. While waiting I walked aver to the balloon department and asked the nearest associate if someone could help me with balloons. I said "excuse me" 5 times before he acknowledged me and his response was "produce". The produce guy was nice and the manager who remade my order was great too. The rest of your staff needs some serious training.

Concerned about price of water. It is mis-leading that they are packaged as 4 six packs and when you get to the register they are 2.15 a pack, $8.60. It may not be price gouging, did not expect that from you guys.

Went to buy gift cards with the company card and they said they needed to ID check me. They saw the credit card doesn't have my name on it but the company's name and asked if I was authorized to use it, I said yes it is my company. The supervisor came up and said she would have to call the bank, I told her you can call the bank but then they are just going to call me right then and there after long hold times. She calls and I hear her asking for the operator, she does this twice and after waiting ten minutes she gives up and gives me my ID and credit card back. Then she states, "SORRY but they are not going to verify this any time soon so you can not buy these." So I left and went to my usual publix less than 5 minutes north on sample and federal and I did not have any issue buying the gift cards. What I am upset about is the fact that one publix made me waste 30 minutes of my work day and the other publix a little north was able to get me in and out within 5 minutes. They made something that was so easy extremely complicated for no reason.

Very nice! I love this publix they are always the ones I go to for shopping on my trip.

My local favorite, have gotten to know all the  staff. Kim from the deli is so excellent, she really wants you to go home with your exact favorite slices.
