Average service delivery. Staff are hit and miss but not overly friendly. A few associates bother to greet beyond the mandatory script utilized upon entry and they offer their brand greeting. Food prep is average but no added effort goes into preparation. Facility is generally clean. I've been taken aback and offended by their harsh "paying customer only" policy regarding turning away people (children and others) asking to use the restroom. Technically, anyone who enters a public service establishment IS a customer. I left without purchasing when I witnessed this repeat behavior by employees.

In the 30 plus years I've eaten at Subway, never has a store not had any regular yellow mustard to put on my sandwich. How does a place that sells sandwhiches run out of plain old mustard? Sigh. My complaint fell on deaf ears.

I just got Tuna Sub meal from this location, and I may say I always get Tuna on a honey oats bread. When I say this is the WORST TUNA SANDWICH I ever had and I eat at a lot of Subway sandwich's at different locations. But this Tuna taste old like its been sitting out. And when I paid a up graded price for the chips for the $5 the girl charged me extra instead of the cookie, but I had a free cookie coupon and she told me I couldn't use it, because she didn't know how to add it on her register. Also the sweet tea was not sweetbit was nasty and bitter and unsweet. I never make bad reviews but I had to for this store. The food is not being taking care of. Hope the manager takes care of this issue.
