Got some coupons in the mail for subway this week. Made a trip but forgot the coupon so I had my wife txt me a pic of the coupon. I explained my situation to the guy working, but he would not honor the coupon stating that they had to have the physical coupon to avoid people reusing them.  

 Very disappointed!

 The mailer I received had 5-7 of the same coupon. A wise manager would have taken the hint that if the coupon was valid, the marketing of the promo obviously worked to get me in the store. A valid promo used multiple times is a good thing thus your corporate advertising the promo. 

This location will be losing a customer over what would have been an easy sale.

Charged tax even though my sandwich wasn't toasted. When I asked, it's because 'the sandwich was probably heated.'

They are very fortunate that the flame broiler next door closes at 9.
