Update Nov 3rd 2017- HEY SUBWAY WHAT WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO CUT MY SANDWICH COMPLETELY IN HALF??!!??!! I'm getting tired of this

Wondering when it became company policy to no longer cut the foot long sandwich completely in half? I've had my sandwich completely cut in half maybe 3 times in the last 15 visit. And don't waste your time doing their survey on the receipt because it does nothing. I've never even received a email and I've had lots of bad service here lately at multiple locations across the state of NC

GROSS. I wouldn't recommend eating here to anyone. I've eaten here several times, each time my food was disgusting, the staff was extremely rude, and my chicken sub was not heated to a safe temperature. The dining area was also very unsanitary. This subway should be shut down. If you want a great subway experience, I recommend the subway near the Conover Walmart. It's great.

Horrible staff. Not one greeted us when we came in. Didn't even know if she was going to make my sandwiches or not. Unsanitary handling of the food, cross contamination in the food. Manager was too busy to ring us up while looking and laughing with another employee talking about their weekly order. I'm watching them and my sandwiches getting cold. Hello? Are you going to ring us up. And then she started running her mouth when I spoke up about the ride and almost non existent service. Will never eat here again, we left our food untouched on the table. Cooperate called. Terrible!

We eat here at least twice a week! Food is always tasty and fresh, and the staff knows me by name. :)
