First review I have ever done on anything.  I feel old and grumpy.  Anyway, I ordered a sub with no lettuce and tomatoes.  I noticed when they were making it they had mistakenly put lettuce and tomatoes on it.  No big deal.  Told them about it and the guy seemed frustrated at me.  He said "it just says no mayo" like I wrote it down wrong.  So he started to make another sandwich and I noticed he just took the meat off the wrong one and put it on new bread.  Now, I know I'm picky (hate that about me) but the meat still had a ton of lettuce stuck to it.  I said "man I'm sorry but I really don't like lettuce.  I need a sandwich with no lettuce on it."  He looked frustrated and said "fine, I'll make you whole new sandwich."  I laughed and said "you know what man don't worry about it.
For some reason you don't want to make my sandwich.  Why don't you go ahead and refund me."  He said "well I have to do that too."  I went on to tell him that I knew he didn't want to do anything, make a sandwich or refund me, but he has to do one so let's just go with the refund.  

Be aware.  They are really partial about their lettuce.  If you don't like it they don't like you😂😂😂😂

I love Jimmy John's but I do not take kindly when someone I'm trying to give my money to is a complete and utter smartass.

Sandwich was good. Italian night club.  But it was extremely oily. Like extra extra oil was on it. Also no napkins in my bag for that oil.  I'm disappointed.... I actually liked jimmy John's....

I got overheated and almost passed out and not 1 employee offered to help me, asked 1 employee to fill my cup with sprite she looked at me for  30 seconds like I  was crazy before she filled my cup and the  bathrooms that way

Will deliver to the Planet Fitness at 3560 S Hurstbourne Pkwy,  but not the Windsor Gate Condos which are directly across the street.   This is totally unacceptable and a stupid business decision considering how much money they could make from the residents.
