The employees were congregating when we were standing at the beginning, ready to order. The guy who did get up and eventually take our order was very talkative and friendly. He did his best to make up for our wait, because he was on break, clocking in just to take our order. I was disappointed in the service but I would give it another chance if they would start putting the customer first.

This was a subway that was very clean with really nice workers
