friendly courteous service, they support their community High school therefore I will patronize and support this Subway. They were the only Subway I've found in Paducah that will accept a coupon for Subway from the local high school fundraiser which the coupon says at all Paducah locations. (both Lone Oak Rd locations wont accept) #lovemycommunity - Thank you Southside Subway - when I want a sub I will be heading to the Southside Subway

The only nice thing about my experience tonight that was good,was when I walked through the door and someone said hello. after that it was horrible! I ordered two footlongs and they were not made right and not with the correct amount of meat. Then i asked to get them toasted and he only heated them! Then when they were wrapped the ends were left open! This bad experience go to the shift leader that was in charge she did absolutely nothing to help the guy just told him get over there and do it! This is not my first bad experience at this store.

Normally better, but on this particular visit the staff was slow, unorganized and had no flow. The food was fresh and good however. Other times I've been in the service has went way better. In their defense they were at least nice and apologetic about the issues they were having.
