Got there around 1015...no guests  in the restaurant , when the lady that was supposed to attend us came out , she didn't even look at us she went straigh to the oven to get the bread out. When she turned around she said "are you paying? Because you order at this end. We smiled and said,  Hi and proceeded with the order. Food is ok as always but the service is getting worst with this young workers that don't have pride in what they do ...what a shame. Filty place a lot of cigarettes butts at the entrane and dirty soda station...whats going on subway...???

I went there for dinner and the music was super loud. Tried going to the bathroom and there were more speakers in there. It was like front row concert loud. We walked right out. When customers come in it should be turned down. I don’t how they would even of heard our order if we had stayed

It was clean. 

There was a line out the door at 11 am on a Sunday and that line lasted about 30 minutes. 

One type of bread available everything else was baking. Not super friendly staff-- I mean I'm not expecting you to hug me and ask me about my day but maybe don't look down and mumble at the cash register? No "we'll be right with you" or "thanks for your patience". 

The space is way too small. We took our sandwich and ate in our car. Fortunately we keep a stash of napkins in there because we weren't given any.

Store wasn't properly opened, and got soda all over me because the insert to the soda wasn't done. Also the lady working in the store was rude and very inconsiderate.
