The employees are fantastic : polite and VERY helpful.  The station is quite old. The deli and store that are in view close at 6pm.

One and one half hours later the train finally arrived. Decent service overall

Has parking for waiting but definitely needs an update.  The parking signs are very confusing so take your time getting there.

No public restrooms available at all times, but clearly marked for all buses!

Everytime I get on this train to go to New York from Kissimmee Florida is always delayed
