Parking out front, super clean, clear directions. This place served us well after our Airbnb dryer failed us.
This morning, I noticed something itchy in my t shirt sleeve. Reached inside and pulled out a band aid. Feeling really gross and disgusted, but most all really disappointed. I had very high hopes for this place, everything about it looked great but I guess they do not maintain it as well as I thought they do. What a shame. Edit: Responding to the owner, I'm sorry but that makes no sense. If someone decides to dirty the machines you don't send anyone to check up on them at least once throughout the day? It's difficult as is with the lack of phone number which is very strange, but I'm not sure this answers my problem. I've seen bits and pieces of paper and other stuff in the other machines as well. I don't know cleaning once in the morning is good enough or the fact no one is there to assist but understand from a customer point of view that it is disgusting to comeback home to find peoples band aids and other gross bits on your clothes. Even some of the dryers and machines have a strange odour that rubs off on the clothes, but I let that go in the past, but hairy bloody band aids? That's revolting and too fat
Originally had a problem with the machines eating my money and locking up. Once I had the right email, the response was very quick. Even though it was an email, I had a response within 10 minutes. Really appreciate how quickly the business helped make the issue correct.
New front load washers of various capacities and large dryers. Laundry baskets are provided to move laundry to dryers and sturdy folding tables are on site. A bill-to-coin change machine is on site and the laundromat is kept clean.

Be careful with the change machine. You may want to bring your own, to save yourself a hassle. I put in $20 and only received $10 in change. There's no contact number for assistance either. Clean place, good music. Update: Thank you Queen Suds!! You were so quick to correct the situation. I appreciate your dedication in going the extra mile to reimburse the money. Machines can glitch, yet you corrected the situation. Thank u!

The cleanest laundromat in the city. New machines, great clean folding table. Tucked away just of queen street for a little shopping or to grab a coffee. New owners are lovely! And a couple parking spots out front for those extra large laundry days.
Amazing place to do laundry. It has three two-loads $4, eight four-loads$8, and four six-and-half-loads$12 washing machines. Ten dryers$0.25 for 4 minutes. It has free wifi too. Washing takes 33 minutes regardless of machine. Liquid detergent goes to the top compartment and gel pack goes inside the machine.
Clean facility, machines. Open until 10:30. Best laundromat on this street. Free wifi.
