I had a quote from another company to clean our carpets and proclean beat the estimate.  They did a magnificent job and even cleaned an extra room for free.  The owner was extremely proficient, and very understanding of the various animals we have in our house.

These people are totally unprofessional. They also entirely miss the concept of customer relation skills, or even civilized interaction for that matter. They do not provide written estimates prior to completion. They are beyond rude and the term "scam artists" is not a far fetched attribute to assign them. "Emergency" response is lax and in no way worth the hassle and stress to follow.
