Hey you guys should be TEACHING your students about the First through the last amendments of the constitution and what they actually mean. One of your grads just sentenced someone to Jail for using free speech without that defendant THREATENING someone. Just a friendly suggestion for future students, when you go to law school you are to be an EMOTIONLESS person and act on the letter of the law. If you can do what a supreme court justice can do, you can do this job, But if you get worked up about something and all the sob stories that people read to sway your opinion, you are NOT translating the law to the letter.
