Love this place!!! They do a great job on tailoring, and also offer consistently high quality dry cleaning. What's more, they are warm, friendly, and welcoming.

This store appears to be under new ownership. My first experience under this new ownership was awful. I brought my Italian leather jacket to be cleaned and was quoted $30.00. Two days later, they called me to tell me the price would be $40.00. I was not happy, but told them to go ahead. Someone dropped the ball and did not indicate my agreement to the new price, so the coat sat there for two weeks without getting done. They told me the guy who does the leather cleaning is at another location and only comes to pick up and deliver every two weeks, so I would have to wait. When I returned two weeks later, the coat had discoloration in areas that were fine when I brought it in. I was afraid that they ruined this expensive jacket, but the cleaner was able to recolor the jacket, which took another 2 weeks. During this whole ordeal, I found the attitude of the store personnel to be rude, as if they didn't care about the delays and potential damage to the jacket. You would think that they would try to expedite the work due to all the delays caused by their inaction. At the very least, they should have offered a discount for all my trouble. I will not return to this store. There are several other cleaners nearby that will get my business.

I ripped my pants at work and needed same day service. They don't do pick up or deliveries normally, but Joe the owner did me a special favor. He was able to have my pants picked up, tailored, and dropped off the same day. Now that is great service! The location is next to Stop and Shop behind the Bank of America in case you miss it.
