We recently had a new Lennox A/C unit installed by Matthew S and Brandon Z and they did a great job replacing our old unit and making updates to improve efficiencies and output.  A week later, Austin and Chad installed a small bypass humidifier.  All of the team members did an exceptional job keeping the area tidy and cleaning up after the work was performed.  Everyone explained what was performed and how the new units worked.  We are very pleased and will happily recommend Summers.  Thank you!

I have been a customer of Summers for about 2 years.  They have been very professional and they never forget to call when I need to schedule my preventative maintenance services on my AC and furnace.  Dave has been my technician for every PM service and he always does a very thorough job and explains everything in detail so that I understand.  He is always very nice and professional and always takes the time to pet my dogs also.  I would recommend Summers to those needing service and if you get Dave as your then I can assure you that you are in good hands because he will do a great job on your units.

UPDATE: Following the post of my review, someone at Summers contacted me and apologized, then offered to come to the house to help us with our original problem. They seemed genuinely apologetic and committed to customer satisfaction. Following this second interaction, I would recommend Summers to others. 
I waited for 1.5 hours and they never came. 
I called Summers Plumbing this morning after noticing a leak in our downstairs ceiling (below our upstairs bathroom). The woman I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and gave me an estimated time frame of 2 pm - 4 pm for a technician to come out. I had a work meeting from 12-2 so I requested we make it 2:30-4, which she said was fine. I took time off and rushed home after the meeting; finally, at 3:45, I called to see when I could expect them. The first woman I spoke with asked me my name and address and then asked who I'd talked to this morning - I may be wrong, but my impression was that she couldn't find us in the system. After a brief hold I was connected with the woman I'd spoken with this morning who apologized and said they'd had some emergencies and should have called to let me know they couldn't make it in that time frame. I'm disappointed and frustrated that I wasted an afternoon waiting for someone who was never actually coming, but also that I wasted the day not planning for a different plumber to come out.

Our furnace went out on the first really cold day this year. Casey came out the same day, inspected it, and helped us figure out our options for a new one. Matthew and Branden fixed some issues with old piping in my home while installing the furnace, and even stayed late to finish the installation after they discovered a problem that most installers would have just come back to do later (if at all). Everyone involved was great, and thanks to their prompt and thorough service, my family wasn't cold for very long.

Highly recommended.  The technician Dave Siniawski recently serviced our A/C.   He was professional and friendly and provided great service.  He is very knowledgeable and we were so grateful and impressed when he fixed our broken down furnace last winter.  I make a point of always requesting him.
