Full disclosure: I initially posted a less than stellar review detailing a relatively minor issue that had, nonetheless, miffed me up a bit. I miff easily. It was not a scathing review, mind you, but blunt enough and I was stingy with the stars. A very short while later I received a call from a gentleman I'll call "Wayne," because I think that was his name, who kindly offered to make matters right by me. No mention was made of the snippy review - there was no quid pro quo, no "I'll do this for you if you do this for me." Nothing of the sort. He just made it happen quickly and pleasantly. I appreciate that, and I'll certainly return with no hesitation.

My husband and I just purchased a 2013 Jeep Compass and we LOVE it! David Ovitt was our salesman and he was so accommodating! He worked SO hard to get us a great deal despite us rebuilding our credit. He was friendly and very empathetic! If there is ANYONE I would go to for any of my vehicle needs, it would be David. He was great with my family, and even helped entertain our 1 year old when he was getting fussy! Great group of people all around, with a no-pressure atmosphere. Will absolutely be going to Summit again in the future!

I recently purchased my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee at summit Chrysler from Ryan McCullock. It was one of the best and easiest experiences I've ever had at a dealership. I went in with a pretty strict budget and being upside down with my previous jeep I wasn't expecting any miracles. Not only did they take the time to really go over my options but they worked within my budget. Being a single mom we know how important that is. I highly recommend this dealership. Everyone was extremely friendly and polite and I didn't once feel pressured. Thanks summit!! I'll definitely be telling people about my experience and will be back for future purchases.
