I called in a prescription, went into the office to pick it up 48 hours after making the call and they tell me they never got the call for my prescription. Instead of practicing a little thing called good customer service and fixing their mistake right away they apologized and said I’d have to wait another day or two for it to be authorized, I am not the only one who has had their prescriptions messed up by this place, my grandma take medicine that she depends on and they have misplaced her orders as well. Seriously unsatisfied.

Yes, the phone system isn't the greatest when they're busy. But the care provided there is great. The after hours children's urgent Care is a God send.

The fact you can’t leave a message when they are currently on a call or even just hold, they just hang up on you, is enough to not want to deal with this place.
