Winter in Park City. Company arriving for the weekend. Get home from work and the house is 53 degrees. Call Summit Heating & Air. Leave voicemail. Receptionist calls back immediately (what?). Time scheduled. Service rep shows up on time (wait, what?). Fixes heater but told me something still wasn't quite right, they'd be on call. He was right. Heat goes off again. Call back. Get a call from the owner (wait, really?). Cody (owner) shows up personally. Runs massive diagnostic. Finds ridiculously rare problem. Says he needs a part, could be end of the day. Owner calls back in three hours, has part (shut up). Installed part in no time at all. Also fixes nest to optimize performance, because you know, that's how Summit rolls. 

Saved number in phone because after that experience, that's just who we call for heating and air. 

Oh yeah, he texted me two days later to make sure everything was to our expectations. 

Hey, every other repair service.... THAT is how it is supposed to work.

Summit Heating and Air Conditioning just installed an AC unit in our Summit Park Home.  This was one of the best contracting experiences we have ever had!  Cody and Devon were efficient, helpful, responsive, reasonable and communicative.  I can not recommend them highly enough!

Summit Heating and Air, are efficient,  and  well priced for service and products.  They respond in a timely manner and  Cody and Ashley are friendly, personable and efficient.  We use them for our house and condo.
