I called and this was very unprofessional! The company number went to the owner and was clueless to why. Then when calling back the lady that answered didn't put us on hold and said who wants to take this call while we could still hear them. Once we got a representative she was unfamiliar in her knowledge and all over the place. We wanted quotes but never got our email to send it to us. She barely answered our questions fully and just kept asking us to send us quote! Not personalable and very hard to get answers. Very disappointed in trying to find a place for my vacation.

My extended family and I rented Summit Mountain Rental's Happy Trails Lodge in mid-June. Stopping by the office to pick up the keys was no hassle at all. Once in the house, we realized our internet was down. When I contacted the main office, the staff were immediately sent out a hotspot, followed by a technician, and even checked up on us the following day. The rental home itself was massive and in awesome conditions. It had everything we needed for our stay. Once we went back home, one of my party members forgot their iPad at the rental home. The staff at SMR went out of their way to find the lost item and ship it to me. Thank you, Summit Mountain Rentals. I will definitely recommend you and hopefully be back again.

My wife and I rented a gorgeous home with Summit Mountain Rentals the last week of September, 2016.    From the initial reservation and subsequent contacts, check in and check out, everyone was exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional.   The welcome packet is very complete with all that you will need for your rental.   The home was lovely, very clean and very comfortable.   We stayed in Huron Heights Retreat which offers and awesome view from the hot tub and deck.     We recommend Summit Mountain Rentals with the highest regard!

We had a great time at Happy Trails Lodge! Everyone at Summit Mountain Rentals was friendly, courteous, and very helpful when anything was needed. Our stay was effortless, and they made great recommendations for food when we were in a rush. We'd highly recommend them for any stay in Breckenridge!

They were great to work with. They even called to see if I could get to the office before they closed to check in. However finding them was just a little tricky. The sign just said Summit Rentals and there was a tiny sign on the door saying where they were in the building.
