The staff were horrible with the exception of a couple. The food is absolutely lousy. There is no one on one counseling provided in the detox or rehab units. The only positive was I had a very nice doctor and she was very good. This place puts you on lock down similar to a county jail. Tight restrictions on going outside. This place does not offer any type of exercise for you. They do not have a gym. This was a nightmare I strongly suggest you look into another place to go for rehab and detox.

Today 5/3/2017 First day in T.O.P and I had a bad experience. You suppose to leave with less anxiety, angry, etc. This place did not help me at all. I was there for another reason, fears and angers issues, from 9am to 12pm. This unprofessional people instead to give me the tools to get better, I left even worse with no hope, nervous and really disappointed. I'm not coming back to this facility ever again. So I recommend before you go to this place make sure get the right information. And don't thrust anyone.

extremely traumatizing experience. absolutely awful mental ward. I was there for 22 days in 2014, and i still cant even think about the place without shaking. there were some staff that were caring and kind, but the rest of the staff and nurses were cruel and unkind. i was in the adolescent ward and i was roomed with another girl who screamed 24/7 and would rip off my blankets and blow in my face, and the staff would do nothing about it. my social worker didn't help me, she just pushed me even farther over the edge. the groups didn't help either. the only reason i was able to leave was because another girl there helped me. the residents with behavioral issues acted out all the time and none of the staff ever did anything. the sad thing is i don't know who was worse; the other residents or the staff. I would never recommend Summit Oaks to anyone ever under any circumstances.

I think SOME of the staff could have been nicer. But if you ever go there as for Mrs.Pam in the adolecent unit. She is the best. Very clean. Therepy's are great. I made tons of friends there. I reccommend this place for anyone who needs inpatient rehab.

This place has the RUDEST STAFF . Very unprofessional people answering telephones they don't even say "Hello" or they might NOT EVEN CARE what are you calling for and they put you straight on hold and kept you there for minutes repeating the same thing over and over again, picking up and again back on hold without questions. And when you finally get lucky to get someone to pickup the phone, they have the ugliest attitude, not even calling from a Doctors office helps, they treat you like crap...AWFUL PLACE!!!...Just to clarify I was forced to give one star in order to be able to post, but this place and its staff does not deserve it.
