I would like to say that all 3 times we've been to this facility even though they are changing systems. They are very professional, kind,caring , delightful people. From the funny MRI tech to the radiology nurse. This place is huge and Every time I was misdirected(lost) everyone in the hallways from the cafeteria staff to the little cute 87 yr volunteer help point me in the right direction. You guys are great keep up the good work😁

My eight-year-old daughter came in to the ER with my husband bleeding and in a trend tremendous amount of pain. After an hour and a half, they finally came over to her, but it was ONLY for her INSURANCE card!! She never actually saw a doctor until OVER two hours after she arrived!!! When she did finally see a doctor, he spent five minutes with her. Let me repeat that he literally spent FIVE MINUTES with her. This is just insane. It is like we are in a Third World country. I cannot understand how a child is made to wait over TWO hours with her throat bleeding. I’m apalled. Not to mention, there are no water fountains and no vending machines for anyone to get water or food from. Like this is the most basic thing you should have in an emergency room - do you want your patients and the people caring for them to be dehydrated and pass out when you’re making people wait hours to see a doctor?? This emergency room is the worst. Do not go here. I plan on telling everyone in social media and the news organization that I work at about this. And now sitting here for hours I’ve been reading all the terrible reviews that I wish I’d seen before I sent my daughter to this awful hospital. And my daughter has been there for three hours at this point....

I would like to thank the Neuro ICU for the care they provided me. I was there a year ago and the staff was extremely helpful and supportive to me and my family. Through every stage of my condition, my caregivers displayed tremendous professionalism, knowledge and approachability, and did so with compassion. My family and I are forever grateful to the entire Neuro ICU team.

This is the worst hospital in the entire state of NJ and probably the country. The people that work at this place don’t care about the patients or the quality of work or service. The doctor st the ER and the whole staff was extremely rude and dismissive. If you have a serious condition I would recommend anyone to go somewhere else or stay at home instead of going to this hospital. I was there for 8 hours in massive pain in the abdomen and I waited hours to be seen. Long story short.... I left this hospital the same way I came back. In a lot of pain and with no results. The staff never came to check on me and after waiting for hours I was told that the hospital didn’t have anyone to read my ultrasound so I was so upset and I felt so helpless I left the hospital with no results and still with pain. When I asked the doctor when I can get he results she didn’t want to answer me so I asked again and again and she kept saying I don’t know and left. I don’t know why any of these people work here. They def picked the wrong profession.

This hospital did my mother a tremendous disservice. As a health care professional, I knew what could possibly be going on with my mother and what tests she needed. The staff in the ER yelled at my family when we requested to speak with the MD. The medical staff ultimately dismissed her and sent her home to get worse. They didn't run any tests AT ALL and said "If she gets worse, then you know we were wrong". And that was at the expense of my Mom. She was looked at quickly and discharged from the ER. Service was slow due to them "switching to a new electronic medical record system". At the expense of the patients. Very disappointed with the care in the ER. Should really be ashamed. As a medical professional, this is not where I would want to work, and this result is not consistent with the type of organization that they claim to be.
