Beautiful, but there are areas they could improve on... Trash is not kept properly, encouraging bears to rummage through it, & everything on the grounds, including our campsites. No breakfast for campers though it's the highest priced RV site in the area. (Most homes rent for less monthly)... Advertised Wi-Fi for RV park for years, but there hasn't been any. When you go to the front desk to ask about it they tell you they have new equipment waiting to be installed any day... Two years later it's what they were still saying, & now that enough people complained, they just put a sign in the lobby that says no Wi-Fi for RV park... EVEN THOUGH IT IS PART OF WHAT WE PAY FOR TO BE HERE. Trash all along riverine that has been there since spring. Bathroom for RV park isn't bad but is rarely cleaned properly between guests. 
Staff ALWAYS friendly. Views are amazing. Close access to town. Many things to love about being here, but they need an on-site manager who cares.

This is an unkept park but we were to tired to go any further. They charged $48 and that is obscene and would never come here again.

Mostly permanents, over priced at $51.00, could barely raise the lid on broken down dumpster, patio concrete busted, trees growing into cites. All in all this place is awful.

Camped 2 nights in MH not a resort. Served my purpose.
