Friendly staff on site during train hours always keep people informed of delays. Parking lot gets full just after 5am. Street parking minimal.

Buses and trains move on time the majority if the time. If the Sounder train is going to be on the opposite track, the staff are helpful and provide enough notice to cross the tracks safely. My only issue would be the general lack of parking in this area. Large number of '3 hour only' zones which are, at times, hidden by overgrowth.

Parking situation is terrible :( why in the world you’d build train station and no parking facilities???

Clean and safe, don't risk parking somewhere you shouldn't, you will get turned in.

Service could be a whole lot better if they could make a garage big enough for all accommodating cars and trucks as well as those carpooling vans. that take the train to work or picking people up to take to work. Sumner is one of the worst to park. If your not here by 4:30 Am its so hard to find parking especially after the second train leaving from the south into Seattle. I'm sure parking is a headache for all. Service has a lot of broken down trains stalling at tracks for traffic. Or signal don't work. Commuters just want to go home. They get up earlier and don't get home till late. Having more reliable service is what we need. I have been commuting over 3 years my biggest frustration is at the last minute we are running over to track 1 from track2 because of interference of congested train. Its putting everyone at risk crossing those tracks trying to catch ur train. The need for a bridge in Sumner is critical that either goes under or over. There are great ideas but Sumner council needs to get off their old town image and accommodate people not themselves. Its a community that travel to work and getting people off the road us the answer.
