Warning, Google maps is trying to update the location to the new station when it is not yet in use. The address is correct but the map marker is not. The old Tacoma Amtrak Station is still in use on Puyallup ave, not the new Tacoma Dome Station.

The worst experience ever - dirty , severely unreliable ,consistently delayed (hours at a time ) rude staff. An embarrassment of a company .. US should be beyond embarrassed to be represented by a train company like Amtrak!! Avoid at all cost - the best way to travel transferred into a true horror story by Amtrak!!!

Train tracks were blocked so we had to take a bus to Portland. I aggressively got on the bus only to find 2 seats left that were together. The bus was full of single people and no effort was made by anyone to help ticketed pairs find seats together. You have to remember that we paid for train tickets, not bus tickets, so a little extra work by the staff should be expected.
