I come to the mall often they have so many stores and restaurants to choose from it's so big and spacious and everything is just absolutely wonderful .customer service is very good there are always new people to meet the clothes the fashion the food everything is great at the Sumpter mall! I'll continue going there because everything is goes so well whenever I do go there. so as a review I'm going to say that Sumter  mall is absolutely gorgeous if you think about whether this mall is better than others it definitely is. I recommend is for other people so I give Sumter mall a 5 out of 10

As malls go, this is a nice place to shop for the size town where it resides. It features three primary department stores (Belk, J. C. Penny's, and Roses......no Sears). There is a pretty balanced variety of stores to fill the needs, as well as the wants of the whole family. There is even a small food court with tables and chairs. 

Overall, the place looks clean, has nice bathrooms...easily accessible for a quick purchase. But the Mall has a decent variety of stores for shopping at you leisure.

I love the Sumter Mall. It's never too busy and it is not hard to find what you want. It also has my favorite Chinese restaurant in all of Sumter. All and all it's a great place.

Not really a shopping place. They have a sykes and other non retail type placed. Maybe put more shopping places in the mall. Food court is small not lot of food offers. No type of entertainment for children like an arcade they use to have. I may want to open one there. It is a clean mall just not a retail shopping mall like it use to be.

Wish there was different shopping centers inside. And a music store needs to come back. Sometimes the wrong crowds get attracted here to hang out. There was a video not to long ago of kids fighting in the mall on worldstar. Prime example. More security or maybe better security is needed.
