Originally, I gave this place an awful review because I tried to return a $250 part and was refused because it was a special order--even though they never told me the part was non-refundable when I ordered it on the phone. However, after I wrote them an email complaining, I was contacted by the owner, Larry, who was extremely helpful and polite. He personally apologized for the poor customer service and assured me that is not how he ran his business. He allowed me to return my part and gave me a full refund without a problem. It's good to know that people still take pride in their work, respect and listen to their customers and take the time out of their day to fix a problem. I'd definitely recommend this place. Unfortunately my initial experience was tainted by a crooked employee (one who I'm told quit soon after this), but the problem was fixed, which shows they know how to take care of a customer.
