There should be a zero star option on reviews for companies like this. I called the day prior for a cab reservation and, given the reputation for the company, I made the lady repeat back my address, pickup time, and drop-off location to ensure they had all the information correct. She got a bit of an attitude with me making her do this. I requested my cab 15 minutes prior to when I actually wanted to leave (8:45am) because I knew they would probably be late. Of course the cab did not show at 8:45, so at 9:00 I just drove myself to the airport. The cab driver called at 9:15 asking where we were and I told him he was 30 minutes late. Go with another company if at all possible.

I called for a cab and asked for an estimate for a cab to the airport which they refused to give. I did the math in the per mile rate, no problem. Then I asked that they send a cab. I waited 20 minutes, and then called again. The woman named Veronica said she hadn't called a cab yet. I was surprised and was trying to ask if she were going to call a cab. She said that I was welcome to call a competitor and hung up without answering my question. Now I didn't even know if they are going to bother sending a car. I would not recommend this company. Bad customer service and unreliable service. I will never call them again.

-1 STAR RATING. Call for a cab to pick me; the driver called and said that he knew where I was and would be there in 7 minutes. 20 minutes later he arrived. Got to Post in his unmarkerd cab and he didn't have his on-post taxi service!

No running meter and I asked how much, he said $40 for literally a 10 minute ride. I argued and he Said he'd call the POLICIA if I didn't pay the $40. I taught him some vulgar English and we parted ways.

Horrible service. I got picked up at a Fort Bliss gate to be taken to the PX. And the driver said it was 15 dollars??? I dont think a MAYBE 2 mile drive should be 15 dollars...I'm not even from fort bliss but its pretty obvious why people stick to Uber. Pathedic.
