Guy on the phone that helped me find a cab driver was nice but when I called my cab driver to confirm the cab I told him we had to be across the border by a certain time to catch the last bus out of Juarez. I told him I’m sorry it’s an emergency and with a very rude tone he told me no way we will make it, He told me “if he had a plane he would but we would not be on time” then asked if we still needed his service OR NOT. I didn’t have time to sit and explain tha my grandpa had just passed away and I needed to catch the last bus out of town, so I said no thank you and for obvious reasons had no energy to argue with him on how rude he had just been.

Great service! They went out of their way to ensure great customer service and made sure i arrived at my destination on time. They are always available weather im at the airport,  going to doctors appointments or work. I highly recommend
