this is our second booking with this company. The first booking the driver showed up 30' early rang the doorbell which sent my wife into tizzy because she wasn't ready yet.  He just wanted to know he was outside. You know the curve from the 101 ramp to the 10 and the  ramp from the 10 to the airport, we thought we were at the Indy 500. The driver never let off the gas not to mention his continuous changing of lanes. It was a harrowing experience. The company apologized when we complained, so we thought we'd give them another chance.

4/12 Just got off the phone booking our next trip. I never spoke to a more arrogant and condescending customer service person. I hope her attitude isn't indicative of the personalities we will encounter when we take our next ride to the airport.

My wife and I have used Sun City Express many times and find that they are far superior to any other service. They arrive before their scheduled time and get us to the airport in plenty of time to check in. They are very good about tracking return flights. The past three times we have been delayed from three hours up to a day and a half and they have always been there on time to pick us up. Their associates are very pleasant and professional.

Have used this service many times.  The drivers are very pleasant, and get me to my location safely.  This is the best way to get in and out of Sky Harbor Airport, without any hassles....thanks so much for what you do !!

This is the easiest way to get to Sky Harbor from the West Valley. I called with less than 24 hours notice and was booked on a shuttle that got me to the airport in plenty of time for my flight. The driver was very nice, and took a great route to avoid traffic. This is a great value if you need airport transportation.

Have used this service multiple times drivers have always been early to arrive, polite, and curtious.  The drivers I have had have been smooth on and off the gas and brakes no getting jerked around the cab. I recommend them
