Each Sun Forest home is built under the watchful eye of a personal project manager. Our project managers ensure that all aspects of the building meet our high standards of quality... straight lines, tight joints, and superior quality finishes.

The Sun Forest "fit and finish" is what separates us from other builders. From ground breaking to finish, we deliver unparalleled quality to our clients.

In addition to the unparalleled service we offer during construction, Sun Forest is committed to your long term satisfaction. Our New Home Customer Service Department will call you ten to twelve months after your home is completed to schedule the Sun Forest "One Year Walk-Through". For as long as you own your Sun Forest home, we are on call to come out to inspect, assess and help solve any problems as necessary. Your peace of mind is very important to us here at Sun Forest Construction.

We are proud to build Earth Advantage and LEED certified homes. Our certified green building staff incorporates high efficiency heating systems, recycled materials, upgraded insulation, and energy efficient appliances into our homes. In fact, we've been building green since our beginning, long before most other builders in the area started incorporating these higher standards.
