Sun & Fun offers visitors and residents a convenient, comfortable haven in the heart of the Central Valley. Located halfway between Los Angeles and Sacramento, the community provides 59 RV spaces with full hook-ups and paved patios, some with picnic tables and barbeques. The spaces rent by the day, week, or month. There are also eight 2 bedroom manufactured homes for rent or purchase. The community clubhouse is equipped with a pool table and free Wi-Fi. Other amenities include a swimming pool and spa open year round, laundry facilities, and restrooms/showers. Pets on leash are welcome. The professional on-site staff works hard to make staying at Sun & Fun a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Clean property. Pretty quiet neighbors, but the nearby train tracks can wake you up now and again. Great rates. Close to shopping. Very nice manager and great service.

Wifi is NOT working. 
When we came back from A short shopping trip, someone else was parking in our place, that we had already paid for. We tried to Call The maneger, but they dit NOT take there phone. 
Pool is dirty, and playground wery old. The spa have not been working for Many years! 
I would NOT come here again.

FYI's here. You must pay in cash *handy bit of info*  The park is situated right next to the off ramp so there is a bit of road noise. However the Major source of noise was the train tracks that are so close that a good out fielder could field a ball to them, and oh by the way they run ALL night long and the most special part, they lay on the horn right there.

Great RV park for the traveler. Excellent facilities. Great and friendly front desk.

It's a bit small, but not bad. Parking is easy. We meet a great family while we were there.
