I am bothered by the fact i made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to be seeing for an excessive and prolonged bleeding problem where i was told i have to get into OBGYN asap so its set for July 19th. @2pm come early for paperwork. So i do. Now i wait for my appointment and than i get told now the doc im supposed to see isnt here today trying to reschedule me again my. Body cant wait for that.  So i said is there anyone who can see me today cause we r using the last bit of our money for cab since we dont drive. So now i have to wait a whole extra hour. Its stressful especially when its as serious as my issue.

I love it. I don't have to wait that long to get check by my OBYN Doctor. I'm so comfortable with the doctor I have Dr Willims .it only take an hour for them to see me and that it.wish my OB can be my daughter doctor though .

Sonogram technician was absolutely rude. When I first arrived it was clear that I had not had an ultrasound done before. She continued to blankly stare at nothing like I was stupid until I sat down on table. She only checked out my baby for five minutes and did not speak a word to me during. As soon as it was over before I had even buttoned my pants she was motioning me and my fiance out the door saying "I have other patients". Absolutely the most rude service I have ever experienced in the medical industry, or anywhere. I thought this was a professional workplace and as a patient I should have been treated with respect as I was very respectful to all of the staff. Nurses and receptionists weren't much better. Doctor didn't give me advice about my questions and concerns and made me wait half an hour in his office after sono only for him to come in and tell me I was good to go. Overall terrible service. I absolutely would and will NOT recommend and I will not be going back. They do not even deserve one star the way they treated me.

Dr Willms is awesome.  I had been dealing with bad pain for over three years and in 5-10 mins he knew what was wrong with me.  He has done two surgeries on me now.  He is wonderful.
