We emailed Sun Plumbing about installing a 1-way check valve in our home's sewer line. Bill Holler responded to our emailed question within an hour (3:16pm). He replied that different waste management systems have different rules and he would research the issue and get back to us. By noon the next day we had a reply that the check valve was not permitted by ordinance. 
While we will have to address the issue a different way, I really appreciate the responsiveness of Sun Plumbing and will certainly keep their # handy.

I am very pleased with my Sun Plumbing experience. Dianne at the office took my call. She was friendly, competent, and helpful. After speaking with Dianne, I knew I had called the right people. My service call was answered by Ed. I found Ed to be very professional and highly skilled. I worked in engineering and I know good work when I see it. Ed's work was top notch and what also impressed me was he kept everything clean and neat. If I have plumbing needs in the future, I will certainly call these people.

Our hot water heater went, was leaking all over the laundry room. I called the after hours number(doesn't it always happens that way) they called me back immediately! Gave us the option of coming out that night (which of course is more money) or waiting until the morning. We opted for the next day (Saturday) but he walked me thru how to make things safe and stop it from leaking. Chris came by 9am Saturday morning. Had everything installed by 11am. Not only the quick response but Chris worked very "clean" was friendly and pleasant. He left the laundry area, cleaner then he found it! We could not have wished for anything or anyone better. Thank you Chris you are an excellent representive for Sun Plumbing!

They are fast and pricey, they snaked the laundry room and test it, so far so good, so when my wife went to do the laundry the pipe was still clogged and back filling, so we called them back and they charged another 40 bucks, what happened to standing behind your service?  If it was week later I would understand,  but it was 1 hour later.
