I came in 2-3 weeks ago to get a pair of Birkenstocks, but they didn't have my size. Came back hoping they would have restocked, but still didn't have my size. Wasn't upset about that. I have a Visa gift card that I was having trouble using online, so I had to buy them in store. I walked up to the counter and nicely asked if I could buy them and have them shipped to my house. The girl, who seemed to be a manager since she was training another girl, had an attitude and said "it's going to be a lot easier to just do that online yourself." I told her I couldn't because my card wouldn't work, and then she looked annoyed, walked over to her computer without saying anything, and handed me a paper to fill out. I don't understand why she was upset at me for having to do her job. Birkenstocks are also sold everywhere, so I could have easily left and gone somewhere with better service. She didn't even finish the transaction with me. She had the girl she was training check me out, and she didn't tell me the shipping time or anything. Really simple to just be kind to people if you are going to work in customer service positions. Unacceptable.

I had ever been in the store, it was an incredible first experience. Quinton was the one who assisted us in finding all our needs. We are headed to our cabin in Maine to experience ice fishing and snowmobiling. I am someone who hates the cold! Hates! And so he helped us find bibs, got the right size of everything , boots that would be most warm, all the way down to the warmest socks. He was very knowledgeable on all the gear. We will definitely be regulars.

Great selection of athletic gear for running, hiking, and other summer and winter sports. North Face, Columbia, Brooks - all your major brands are here in a good variety of sizes and styles.  Heck out their website also for an even bigger assortment of gear. This location unfortunately didnt have the jacket I wanted in my size but I was able to find it along with a 20% discount through their site.

The techs in the bike shop are always very knowledgeable and helpful!    They do great work and get my bike ready for the next ride!  They go above and beyond to make sure they are meeting my needs and completing installs exactly as I would like, not just slapping something on there like I have experienced with other shops.  Will use them solely for my bicycle repairs and maintenance!

Returned boots because of color, unfortunately the employee who sold them questioned the reason behind my return in a very offensive manner.  Again, I wanted a specific color, he was rude and made unnecessary comments saying things like "are these for hiking or fashion?" REALLY?!  Amongst other things like his attitude, what kind of company tolerates this type of customer "service"?  Seriously be gracious, don't talk/treat customers or people that way, maybe next time you'll get the sale or at least keep me coming back.  REI is only place I'm going from now on.
