Pros: Sun and surf Cinema has modern reclining chairs which are very comfortable. You can reserve your seats when paying so you don't have to search for open seats. Ample parking. Cons: The lobbyy is not the most glamorous. When many people are entering at once there is only one person checking ticket stubs so the line may backup and you may be waiting for a while. I did not buy an concessions but it seems like the confessions stand was slow moving.

Excellent!!! Great red leather reclining chairs. Plenty of leg room. Wonderful on premise popped pop corn. Clean restrooms and friendly personnel. Just a wonderful experience.

Great place to go with friends or alone. Popcorn is always fresh and the staff is friendly and efficient. Recliners are awesome and they even have blankets for sale if you forget one! It's almost like watching a first run movie at home! Prices, which so many gripe about, are the same at any theater in any large city. And OC is a resort town so it should be expected to not be cheap! Maybe one day they'll get "real" food and a bar!

This theatre was renovated a couple of years ago. Reclining seats ate very comfortable. Come early to select the best seats. Seats are assigned. The customer views the open seats and makes a seat selection when the ticket is purchased..

Very nice theatre inside. You can't tell by the looks on the outside but, it is nice and clean. This theatre has reclining seats tons of leg room and space in between the seats. I sat in the second row from the front and it still was a good view. You can also pick your seating ahead of time. The rooms have decent wide screens and great sound. No matinee deals here though. During this time "Summer of 2017", Children are $11, adults are $14 and seniors are $12.50. Not too far from the boardwalk, 5 min drive.
