Way below par ! with a messy network, terrible schedule (missing the bus on some routes means waiting for as much as an hour for the next, no service past 8pm on some, etc.), terrible service. Some riders (#4, #6, am sure other routes too ) are straight out of hell (beer, badmouth، attitude, looking for trouble). I am sure they can do better and they should. Still a good deal-

Bus drivers slam on there brakes always waiting till last minute to stop so there slamming on there brakes throwing u around in ur seat a lot of the drivers has bad attitudes most of the ppl driving the buses shouldn't even be driven public transportation buses

Today getting on route 11 north bound at country club and Valencia I had to get off the bus at Palo Verde and Valencia because the bus driver turned to go north on Palo Verde. I asked when they changed the route because I normally get off on Alvernon and Valencia near the highschoo? She explained to me it doesn't go that way unless it's going south bound. I explained to her I've been on the bus just days before and got off  there. She said no I'm sorry and got off. I had to walk further than normal. I was very disappointed and called suntran the rep Evelyn said the driver was suppose to go to Alvernon and Valencia. I rely on the bus for transportation and today was very disappointed. After paying a full fair and getting off at the wrong stop because of her negligence or miscommunication on routes.

Seriously get off your Asses and fix your transit centers most notably ronstad . You lazy organization. Your entire system is pure filth .. literally . I Gag anytime I see the buses seats or have to wait at ronstad

Bus schedules are what's to be expected, as long as you aren't trying to ride on a Sunday. The pay system is truly asenine though and geared toward profits. Public transportation should be affordable and unless you have exact change or a prepaid card, expect to pay more than your fare really is..no change machine at the transit centers,and card machines don't give change.  Also, if you want to put money on a sungo card, you are expected to pay $2.00 for the card and then you can only put on amounts that are more than the regular fares. I had $1.25 today or a twenty dollar bill and had to walk around downtown til I found a 2.50 hot dog and had the extra quarter I needed...upsetting that it isn't more rider friendly...ps if a driver has shut the door and wants to go they will sit and ignore you usually even if they have to wait for traffic...come on really...knock knock.. hello!!!
