My family always uses Amtrak for those quick trips to and from Los Angeles..It's really clean, they provide great service and they almost always run on time..the only fallback would be what other's are saying as well, about their lack of providing taxi & car rental services..

If they bridged out in servicing additional  travel amenities, they could probably double their yearly income expanse..

we used to dive to tucson az but we found it easier to take the train its not bad of a ride only thing is that there is no car rental and none of the car rental services will come pick you up so your stuck paying for a taxi or uber to get to a rental service....still trying to figure out so we can visit my grandma more often.....i bet if they were more customer friendly they would be used more
