I've read some negative reviews here but decided to go anyway to book our honeymoon . My husband and I had a very pleasant experience with Sun Travel (Hawkins location ). Isabelle was our travel agent. She was the best!!! She answered all of our questions and took care of every detail. We even extended our stay. We simply called her and she took care of everything. We'll definitely go back . Great service!! Thanks again Isabelle C. We

This was our first Viking Riverboat Cruise and we loved it. Our cruising started in Budapest, then Vienna, Krems, Passeu, Reisenberg & finally Numenberg. The excursions were interesting & fun. The Riverboat itself was very nice and the service that was provided by the staff was exceptional. Our Travel Agent Shirleen Askenzani, Sun Travel was outstanding. Shirleen took care of every small detail and questions I had were answered promptly.

As an owner of Sun Travel, we obviously wouldn't book our travel with anyone else. Every detail of every trip we have taken has been exceptional!

Worst..they have a customer service lady that picks up the phone and hangs up on callers. Bad customer service.
