The last time I used this company, we were left at the border. We had not even made it through the line at the immigration check at the bridge and when we got out the bus was gone. Now mind you, I say we, me and about 12 other people, were left behind. We were not getting permits or anything, just waiting in the line and it took too long. So when we call the terminal there in El Paso they tell us that they are not liable for people who get left at the border. We had to catch a taxi which we all split cost us 7 dollars each and there was 6 of us. THAT WAS NOT RIGHT. YOU ARE LIABLE FOR HAVING TO GET US TO THE BUS STATION. Horrible experience.

Good, clean buses. Helpful personnel at all places that I encountered on the trip from Las Cruces, NM to c. Chihuahua. MX and return. Very efficient service.

I took a bus this past thursday 07/09 at 5:45 towards Los Angeles from el paso. The terminal itself can get pretty packed but stays clean thanks to the old gentleman cleaning around and bathrooms are clean  i know cause i was there from 11 till my bus arrived at 5:45. The bus was pretty clean and the air conditioner worked perfectly . The drivers seem like good people . I even met one of the owners son who was really polite to everyone as he helped them with their luggage even tho he was going to los angeles for the weekend . Sadly I misunderstood something on the bus with him and i didnt got to apologize To him about it, I do apologize now and hopefully he'll see this someday and know that I wanted to apologize but I didn't get to it, sadly. The only thing that happened that was weird is that at the second stop a lady had the same #8 seat as me but nothing big, they just gave her another seat, anyways I really liked this place and their buses everyone was polite and gave answers to my questions and lets not talk about their prices which are pretty good. Will ride with them again if i had to go somewhere.
