We are very pleased with our new vinyl shutters!! They are super clean and the quality is great. The shutters definitely gave us the upgrade we were looking for around the house. The price was very reasonable and fair - best in the market! The whole process was extremely easy from the measuring to the quotation to the installation. The installation was so smooth and quick, only took a few hours. We very much liked how they showed respect for the home by wearing shoe coverings and maneuvered around the house with caution. They were all very polite and professional. We highly recommend Sunny Shutters! We will be using them again to complete our upstairs shortly! Thank you Lucas and team!
I had a great experience working with Sunny Shutter, from the first phone, they were very fast at responding, gave us great suggestions . The whole team were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied! Especially Lynn, she was incredibly knowlegeble, approcheable. Thank you for the excellent service!
If you really want peace of mind and value for the money stay away from them or use their services. The blinds I had ordered did not even last for 2 years and they promise to provide 5 years service however they do not communicate the fine prints and charge you with addition fees. Moreover they have not even replied or responded to my email asking for clarification for last 15 days. I just sent an email today asking for their prompt response hopefully I hear from them. Quality- horrible Service - horrible Professionalism - horrible. Finally don't use them to have a better peace of mind for yourself. Update**** This company has not bothered to respond to the email to provide corrective services and take up the responsibility professionally. Now I would add, stay away from this SCAMMERS!
Really nice shutters. We feel like living in a different house. Totally game changers! Easy to clean as well. Lynn was very nice and helpful in explaining the products to us.
This company is very expensive and if you need any warranty work, good luck I used this company for an installation back in 2021 The initial shutters installation was a nightmare to say at the least And I knew that it was nothing but downhill from then Now in June of 2024 I reached out to the OWNER to inform him that I still needed materials for a few windows in my basement At first he seemed hesitant to give me several hinges and magnets which they forgot to give me during the installation. I'm still waiting for the materials and it's been nothing but back and forth for several weeks and suddenly he has stopped all communication with me. He is ignoring my texts and calls and I'm not sure why The materials were purchased at the time and he refuses to give me to me Customer service is a lifetime commitment and happy customers makes for returning customers I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY MOVING FORWARD FYI make sure you have all the materials you need before they leave your premises otherwise you will not get I will be posting photos shortly
Sunny Shutter did an incredible job installing my patio door and kitchen window shutter. Lucas was very informative and helpful in making our choice. Clarence and his boys did a very good job and did not mess up my living room and kitchen while doing the installation. Truly very professional! Keep up the good job!
I had Alan come out and give me an estimate. The quote was very vague and didn't even mention what I was getting just an amount. I went by the store and spoke with Alan and requested he send me a quote with breakdown. Since then, I have been ghosted. I'm happy this happened before I spent any $ with them.
We purchased vinyl shutters for our kitchen window and patio doors several months ago. Sunny Shutters did a great job. The people that we dealt with on the phone, the people that came to measure and the installers were all excellent. The price was very good too. We still wake up, come down to the kitchen and are really happy with the shutters. This is an excellent company to buy shutters from.
I have used Sunny Shutter for my previous home to install plantation shutters and my current home now to install zebra blinds and I am extremely pleased with the service and quality of this company. Bill and Alan were a pleasure to work with and they were so very accommodation that I would not go anywhere else for window treatments. I love the look of my windows and my remote that controls the blinds to go up and down. This is the wow factor! I will always recommend Sunny Shutters to all my friends and family. Thank You!!
Happy with the way they handled my enquiries. Price is just right. My shutters were installed as promised. Will definitely recommend them.
