So I took my car to the auto Butler yesterday. Of course I was expecting to get my car back clean, who wouldn't? Me being trusting I did not do a good walk around. Your car is not given back in the most well lit area. Looked good at a quick glance. When I got my car home and looked at it. My car had bugs still stuck on the bumper backs of mirrors and a good amount of water spots that they polished right over. Inside the seats were clean they did a quick vacuum job the dash had been wiped down quickly with lint left behind. The leather door handles did not look clean. There were run marks on the door panels. They did not clean center console inside or out. This is an expensive service to have done half assed. This is what the auto Butler gives for a short explanation of what it is all about. We had a great experience at this location . They were friendly, helpful and definitely patient. We had our 3 yro and 7 month old. They did not show any discomfort towards my son's meltdown after a few hours. We felt comfortable and happy to do business with them. Barrington was great and funny, and even though there was a language barrier with my mom. He always addressed her and made her smile and feel comfortable. Our family thanks you! You’re doing great!

They were real fast and getting my vehicle and to make a recall repair they did not make me wait just because it was free of charge

Great buying experience. This is our 5th car purchase from Suncoast. Absolutely the most competitive price in the market. Great service from Steve the service manager to help us figure out the very sophisticated Electronics in the new car we just purchased. Phil Schmidt, Gary Sheaffer, and his team are the best! Highly recommend.
