I booked a Spa day for my 5 daughters this past Saturday (April 8, 2017).  I made my reservation in advance and I was required to a $30.00 deposit.  My bill came to a little under $170.00  The staff was pleasant and friendly, upon our arrival we were brought to a room and my girls were seated and immediately asked to pick a nail color.  They were never told to wash their hands and there was no nail preparation ie (hand soak, nail filing, cuticle push back etc) and the same went for their pedicure.  I reached out to Sundae Spa via Facebook a few days later because there is no means of contact on their website other than the main Spa number and expressed my concern.  "Kim" got back to me in a quick turnaround and she explained that the package I had was for nail application only, which means to have nails painted only and the cost is $23.00 per child had I wanted the traditional (my word) salon experience which would mean to have the nails and feet soaked and cared for, it would have been $50.00 per child.  I pay less than that for myself and that is with gel application and the nail polish last up to two weeks.  My girls' nails were chipping by the same evening.  This place is very over priced and the staff is not even required to have a nail tech certification.  We will not be returning.  The set up is nice, the staff are nice, the ice cream is delicious, but to charge $23.00 to paint a child's nail that is going to chip the same day is ridiculous.  I was better off bringing my daughters to my nail salon and bringing them for ice cream at a ice cream shop.

I made an appointment for my niece to have a Spa day. She'd been asking for just this for her birthday and luckily I'd looked and found this place months in advance. The service was great, they offered us a package that fit our needs individually and even my son had a great time making lotions and soaps and eating ice cream! I drove over an hour to get here and would definitely come back again!
