Our insurance company assessed the damage after we had a fire in our office. They said emergency fire damage restoration and water damage restoration were both covered on our policy. We called Sunny Hills because they bill insurance companies directly. That saved us time and frustration of having to deal with paperwork, paying for it ourselves and trying to get reimbursed. Bill was pleasant to work with. Thanks Nacho.

We had a small leak last week and had no clue who to call. At 2am it's a little hard to get some one on the phone. We managed to contact our insurance rep and she told us to call Bill at Sunny Hills. They arrived a little later then promised but i cant complain. The crew was prompt and cleaned up all the mess. We felt bad because it was extemely late but the assured us they do it all the time. 

So if you have any issues I highly recommand Bill and his guys. The insurance took care of everything we just paid our deductable. Thanks Allstate.
