They left my mom in a room and didn't tell her what to do before and after the session. This was my mom's first time. All they did was rub my back. They told  us before we leave we are supposed to leave a tip of 20% each.  They didn't like the tip mom gave them and actually told her to wait while she asked another lady if that tip was ok then, showed her the money, laughed and said we could go.  Oh and she walked out half way through mine to go up front to talk to someone that came in the door.  We won't be back, the tip shaming and begging was bad enough.

Been there twice, and got good massages from two different ladies.  Once for an hour, once for 90 minutes, which only turned out to be about 75.  Stick with an hour.

This is an excellent choice for an excellent massage. The staff is very professional and very nice. The level of service is what you would expect from a resort spa. Prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend them.
