The brakes went in my Jeep over the weekend. I left the keys under the mat and they came and towed the car saying they would call me Monday with what the cost would be to fix everything. I get a call late Monday that the car is done. I come to pick it up. Sure enough, the brakes are fixed but the driver seat is broken hanging by a single bolt in the back, the metal snapped. I go back into the station and ask the mechanic what he knew. He said it was like that when he got it. I told him I did not leave it that way. They said they would call the tow truck driver and the owner of the station would call me back. I hear nothing and called them back the next day. Whoever I was speaking to on the phone said the driver claimed the same thing and proceeded to simply get rude taking no responsibility. That's where we stand with this. The Takeaway: They didn't call to give me a price for the brakes While there they didn't mention the driver's seat When confronted with it they promised to look into it and call me back They did not When I called, they just got rude on the phone DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY KNOW NOTHING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CAN'T EVEN FOLLOW THROUGH ON ANYTHING THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO

My father's ring was my car when it was towed there. I got my car 3 days later and all the change and my father's ring were gone. When I went back there to tell them, the owner was very argumentative. Once I told him something was missing he went to "what do you want me to tell you? " bulls#%t. Don't trust them, don't leave anything in your car that you want to keep. They won't have any solutions or answers to your missing items.

Good, old-fashioned full-service gas station. Particularly good for all those little things that the dealer would charge an arm and a leg for.

My truck broke down at a wawa. I had to have it towed home. I called flourtown sunoco for a tow and the guy said his driver would be there in 45 minutes. 40 minutes later, the driver showed up. It took him all off 10 minutes to hook up my truck. It was driven to my house and in my driveway before I could believe it. The driver was really helpful and nice. The price of it was more than fair which just made it great. I'll definitely be calling them anytime I need a tow.

These guys weren't able to fix my car but still found a way to charge me 100s of pointless repairs. When I tried to speak to a manager they were rude and never relayed my message to them. I took my vehicle elsewhere and the problem was fixed for a fair price. If you need work done to your car please go elsewhere.
